The TIER project is an Educational Quality Improvement Programme (EQUIP) by M8 Global KNOW Network to provide Nigeria and African higher institutions with resources to meet the 21st century paradigm shift from the traditional practice to the modern trend that embraces flexible learning technologies.
This aligns with the best global practice that encompasses ICT infrastructure, technological and administrative services provided by TIER Consortium made up of technology based firms, government and financial institutions.
