E-learning must have great interactive content. The TIER project team supports all institutions member faculty in the design and approval of high-quality e-content, based on scientific and global standards and liaise with regulatory bodies in the preparation and review of curricula using modern authoring tools.

A national model for the development and publishing of e-content as a reference for institutions is being designed to contribute local applications.
