The TIER project explores all educational delivery technologies, platforms and systems. These include the use of wireless, cable and satellite infrastructure. The TIER’s Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) offering supports the front- and back-end technology that allows our partner institutions to create great digital versions of themselves necessary to attract, enroll, educate, support and graduate students globally. These technologies create a seamless user experience — from application integration to content management to the workings of the virtual campus and more.

Hence the physical structure becomes an integrated learning management system. The blocks become a complex web of back-end infrastructure. The classrooms become live video and chart fora. The lecturers are now connected through hand-held devices. The institutions can now benefit Online Distance/E- learning, Student Information Management, Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs), etc. to advance their mission by increasing access to education through technology.
